I offer counselling, coaching and neurodivergence-informed support for adults seeking greater understanding, emotional wellbeing and meaningful change.
Sessions are available in person in Torquay or online via video call.

Individual Counselling & Coaching
60 minutes — £90
90 minutes — £125
Couples Counselling
60 minutes — £130
90 minutes — £150
Clinical Supervision
60 minutes — £70
90 minutes — £100
📅 Booking A Session
To arrange an appointment, please get in touch by email or telephone.

Once we have agreed a suitable appointment time:
✓ Your session will be provisionally reserved
✓ A counselling/coaching agreement will be sent to you
✓ Payment is required to confirm the booking
Once payment and paperwork have been received, your appointment is fully confirmed.
🌱 Ongoing Sessions
Sessions are usually arranged weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs and preferences.
Together we can discuss a rhythm that feels supportive, realistic and sustainable.
Payment
Payment is required to confirm your booking.
For ongoing work, payment for each session is due no later than 24 hours before the session.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cash only (card payments are not accepted).
Bank details are included in the agreement and booking confirmation email.
⚖️ Cancellations
I understand that life can be unpredictable.
More than 48 hours’ notice:
✓ No charge
Less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance:
Full session fee applies.
This policy helps protect the time that has been reserved specifically for you.
